  • What if I made a mistake when booking?

    If something doesn’t look right on your reservation, contact our office as soon as possible. Our team can review your booking and help discuss available options. 

  • Can I change the number of guests on my reservation?

    In many cases, small changes can be accommodated depending on availability.
    The best way to check is to contact our office before your tour date. 

  • How do I find my booking confirmation?

    Your booking confirmation is sent by email shortly after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. 

Cancellations & Changes

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel your boat tour, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to receive a refund. Reservations that result in a no-show are not eligible for a refund. 

  • What happens if weather affects my tour?

    Maui ocean conditions are monitored carefully before each tour. If weather or ocean safety conditions require a cancellation, our team will contact guests as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or refund options.  

  • Can I reschedule my tour instead of canceling?

    Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and timing. Contact our office as early as possible, and we will do our best to help you explore available options.
