The entire staff was very attentive to all of our needs. They made us feel comfortable before boarding and throughout the entire sailing. They were very informative about the history of whale watching. Even though we weren’t on a whale watch they made sure that we were able to capture the best sightings. The lunch that they prepared on the grill for us was amazing. Even down to the cookies they offered us. We would most definitely do this excursion 10 times over. Highly recommended

Took our 2 girls age 12 and 8. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We saw so many whales, turtles and had beautiful calm water! Totally worth it! Super tasty food and the Mai Tais are top notch!

The boat was the perfect size for my 50 person wedding!!! Phillip and Rachelle blew me out of the water with my florals and decorations which was a girls dream. The crew/staff embodied Hawaiian hospitality at every turn from interacting with the bride/groom and even our guests. They were ranting and raving about how nice the crew was. The captain was so accommodating ensuring we were safe and comfortable checking in to make our day unforgettable. We even were able to capture the beautiful whales celebrating our nuptials with us; breathtaking. It truly was the perfect wedding. The guests loved the food and the portions were large! It was the wedding of a lifetime that we or our guests will never forget! And a very affordable choice!

They made sure every thing was nice and organized. Felt safe with a great crew! Captain kept things going never felt rushed. 100% will do it again! Good and drinks really good!

This is our second time with Pride of Maui. Justin, the Captain, and the entire crew were amazing and truly thought of every detail from the moment you step on board. Their professionalism paired with great humour made the experience even better. We saw it all—turtles, whales, you name it. Look no further than Pride of Maui … I chose this tour because it’s early morning and did not disappoint. NO crowds at Molokini or Tuttle town and so many whales which our fantastic Captain took the time to position the boat beautifully so we could observe and enjoy them. The boat is new, comfortable and CLEAN!!! We don’t usually book on open bar events since we don’t drink and don’t want to pay for it or worry about drunk vibe on ship but no worries at all … such a friendly welcoming atmosphere, relaxed vibe, totally comfortable. Amazing food and wonderful boat but most importantly a fantastic crew! Justin, sienna, Carly, Anna, and Chris made this cruise a beautiful and memorable experience. The surf required a change in plans and the captain still made sure we had an amazing day on the water!

Our most recent trip was a private charter to spread our fathers’ ashes. The captain and crew were amazing, they were all so attentive and compassionate. The front office staff (Rochelle) was equally pleasant and helpful!

Did the Molokini snorkel and whale watch. By far the most organized, friendly tour we’ve taken. Safety was top priority, drinks were great, meals delicious, and crater snorkeling was incredible.

Great experience with amazing staff. We even saw turtles. Loved the ginger drink handed out when the seas got choppy. Fewer passengers and excellent snorkeling made it worth it.

Way cooler than we imagined. All snorkel gear provided with an optional SNUBA upgrade, lots of flotation, and wetsuits to rent. We visited Molokini Crater and Turtle Town and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Trip favorite. After my daughter bumped her head (on our rental van), the crew, J., Patrick, and team, were incredibly kind and kept checking on her. Snorkeling was excellent (needlefish, eel, more) with a paddleboard guard watching over swimmers. And the cookies at the end were so good. Highly recommend.
