Live music is performed by Maui’s own Mitch Kepa, whose repertoire includes a mix of Hawaiian, classic rock, and dance music.

FRESHLY PREPARED FOOD

The competition offers pre-cooked food, kept in warmers and served to you at your table where you will spend your evening. You may not want to spend your entire cruise sharing a table with someone you have only just met. Guests aboard the Pride of Maui have the freedom to move throughout our stable, spacious vessel. Our guests get to mingle while enjoying a variety of chef inspired dishes. Chef Kelly’s guava glazed baby backs ribs, served hot off the grill are so tender they fall right off the bone. The flavor is so good, that many guests request her marinade recipe.

Seafood lovers will enjoy fresh boiled shrimp, chilled and served with a variety of dipping sauces, including a traditional cocktail sauce and a sweet Thai chile mint dipping sauce and lemons.

Tender and juicy Hawaiian BBQ chicken is also served hot off the grill. Veggie lovers fear not; you’ll enjoy Chef Kelly’s Maui onion and tartlet, as well as her marinated artichoke dip, made with fresh garlic and grated parmesan, served warm with croustini. Finish with your choice of delectable desserts featuring seasonal fruits like Kula strawberry shortcake, or mango cobbler served with home made whipped cream. Enjoy Kona coffee cheesecake, with a glass of Sonoma chardonnay or Central Valley Cabernet, as the golden sun disappears behind the horizon.

The competition offers a couple of free drinks. Aboard the Pride, we offer a premium bar where all of your drinks are inclusive. Sip your favorite drink in the main salon at our hardwood bar, where you will be served by our expert and attentive crew. Our Maui cruise cocktail party features four regional wines from Sonoma, Central Valley and Italy. We serve infinite combinations of blended drinks, premium cocktails and ice cold imported beer.
