Ululani’s Shave Ice has been one of Maui’s most favorite shave ice locations since 2008. Ululani’s is named after the owner, a woman that grew up in Kalihi, Oahu, and spent her youth eating the finest shave ice possible. Once just a pipe dream, Ululani’s Shave Ice is now available at five locations on Maui ( Lahaina, Kihei, Kahului, Hyatt Regency, Maui Lani) and one location on the Big Island (Kailua-Kona).
Local Boys Shave Ice is one of the finest purveyors of local-style shave ice throughout all the Hawaiian Islands! With two locations on Maui, visitors and residents can visit them at Local Boys West (Lahaina) or Local Boys South (Kihei).
Surfing Monkey Hawaiian Shave Ice is another fabulous Maui shave ice spot with multiple locations in South Maui. You can visit a Surfing Monkey Hawaiian Shave Ice store at Shops at Wailea, Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea, and a brick and mortar location on South Kihei Road. All of their syrups are made with real sugar cane; you won’t find the super-fake stuff here.

Another great thing about Tobi’s is that it’s like a one-stop-shop on Maui’s North Shore.
