We took the morning snorkel trip twice and loved it both times! We took the Pride of Maui Sunset cruise with a group of fellow marathoners. While it is not billed as a whale watching trip, we were instantly in a spot of multiple pods of whales with many close sightings and breaches. We had friends that took a whale watching trip AFTER this cruise and they said they saw more whales, and closer, on the Pride of Maui. I strongly recommend it – a great way to see a Maui sunset. G. I hired the pride of Maui for a private charter for my wedding guests. It lasted 2 hours with full dinner open bar and live music. We had a great time and the staff was fantastic. I would definitely use them again for a private charter.
